Massage Therapist Level 3 by IPHM Worldwide Accreditation, ABT Accredited, Training Centre AB001LW. I am Passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals through personalised care. I specialize in deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, menopausal lymphatic drainage, cupping, hot stones, whole body massages as well as luxury facial treatments, tailoring each session to meet individual needs. My approach emphasises not only relaxation but also addressing pain management, stress relief, slimming and enhancing overall physical well-being. I believe in the power of touch to heal, restore balance, and promote long-term health. When I’m not working with clients, I join my local community at rugby, horse riding, and dancing events. I believe massage should be accessible for everyone at all stages of life, so I do continue my education in holistic wellness techniques to stay aligned with my commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
