Dr Chnanis K Ladha Psychological Consultant & Therapist I am a psychological consultant and therapist, specialised in positive mental wellbeing, behavioural change and personal development. I graduated with a Doctorate in Health (Psychotherapeutic intervention & mental health) from the University of Bath, UK. I am experienced in a number of therapies, all focusing on positive mental health. These include clinical hypnotherapy, positive psychotherapy, psychotherapeutic counselling, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness as well as life coaching. I have over 10 years of experience in helping people to be and to feel their best. It has always been my passion to help people learn how to be their best selves, to be healthy and happy every day. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, a registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I adhere to a strong code of ethics, acting with discretion and always with my client’s best interests and welfare at heart. As each individual is different, I believe that there’s no ‘one size fits all’ solution to therapy. And because of this, I tailor each session according to the background, personality and goals of the individual. Appropriate techniques are integrated and applied throughout the sessions to support the individual to overcome their issues and enhance their contentment and wellbeing. I work with a wide range of people, each with their own specific issues and struggles. From emotional and psychological issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, pain management, phobias, negative thoughts and low self-esteem to personal development. I promise a safe and confidential space, warmth and empathy. I will always work to not only lift the weight of negative emotions and illness but also to support the individual to obtain well-being in the long-term – to take back control of their life and be mentally healthy and happy.
