Meet Our Team

My name is Georgia and I’m a professionally qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. I have always had a passion for exercise and helping people, but with my background in a Bachelors of Sports and Exercise Science I know how important exercise, nutrition and wellness is in keeping ourselves healthy and happy. And that was the main driver that got me into this profession. I wanted to apply my knowledge and help people live the best quality lives they can! My off time is filled with doing my hobbies and hanging out with friends. This usually leads to us either relaxing playing games together or going outside on hikes/walks/excursions, if the weather isn’t abysmal, so I’m sure you can imagine we play games more often with the weather here in Scotland. Otherwise you’ll likely find me in the gym working on a long time goal to deadlift two of myself, or attempting to, and taking care of my many many houseplants, all of which are named of course.
