Class Description
Back strengthening is a core stability and strengthening class for your spine and postural stabilisers in your legs and arms. Using your body as a resistance mechanism builds full body strength in a natural way. This class is ideal for those who have suffered with previous back pain, disc problems or sciatica. The 8 week programme will give you the prefect foundation for other classes so we recommend it to many of our patients after getting chiropractic treatment. Everyone can benefit from this class!!
